Tanja Richter (Assistant)

Tanja started her yoga journey during her career as a Personal Trainer in 2009.
Looking for a practice that wasn’t merely physical , but also opened a deeper spiritual and emotional connection with Body, Mind and breath. 

 Since attending her first class she knew it was going to be a lifelong journey of learning , and after more than 500hrs of teacher training , it is still very much a huge passion she wants to share with her students.

 After owning her own studio for 5 years in Melbourne, she relocated to Cairns in 2021, and was thrilled to be able to join TYS community as a student and teacher .

 Tanja has so far completed the Knoff trainings Discovery, Chair Yoga and Therapy A.
