⭐A little bit about me:
My name is Alice, I am a Yoga teacher and i'd like to specify that even if I do really enjoy being upside down and it does make me happy, i mean really happy, I'm not a gymnast or contortionist and the first time that i lift my legs off the floor i was already or just 30 years old!!! eheh
I, too, believed that i would have never be able to take off and fly and guess what? i was so wrong!
and so are you!
I would love to prove you wrong and showing you what your body can do, when focusing on correct alignment, strengthening drills, support and loads of fun and laughter.
What i can't promise is that you will be able to fly after a few hours and that's the reason why I create this 3 part event so i can take you on this flying Journey and offering tools and support along the way.
Come and join me in this empowering and playful event and bring your partners and friends along too.
No experience is required however is not recommended for people with ongoing injury on shoulders and wrists.
