Journaling is a powerful tool for self-discovery and for opening up to the stories that shape our bodies and minds. Like yoga, it's a practice, which can help alleviate stress, physical, mental, and emotional dis-ease by bringing to the surface patterns of resistance or self-judgment that may be inhibiting our capacity to live authentically.
During this workshop, these two healing practices come together in an inspiring and unique way. Through a combination of movement, pranayama, yoga nidra, expressive writing exercises, self-reflection and meditation we will look our inner critics in the eye and creatively and courageously enter into our stories, moving deeper along the journey toward radical acceptance and free expression of all of who we are.
This workshop is not designed to teach writing technique, but rather to utilize the creative medium of writing as a tool, in combination with yoga, to cultivate self-inquiry, self-love, and healing.
Open to all, whether you've been journaling or practicing yoga for years.
