The One-On-One yoga classes are designed to offer you private session in home or at the yoga studio in Hawthorne and are specifically adapted to your needs and interests by one of our yoga teachers. It invites you to become aware of repetitive and habitual patterns that cause pain and unbalance. You can use the one-on-one sessions as a way to balance challenging aspects of your life that may include your career and family, relationships, health and stress and is the perfect compliment to our fast paced lives. 


Sometimes joining a group class may be too big a step and intimidating for some people. For example if you are uncertain about your level of practice or because you have a health problem. Or maybe you don’t have time for a group class, or prefer to practice at home or at work at your own time. A private session will help you develop self-confidence and relaxation in your yoga practice.
