A great coach empowers people to believe they have what it takes to succeed. They are humble, intuitive and passionate about their work.

Sometimes it is hard for us to manage all that life throws our way, we get stuck in unhealthy habitual patterns, we have a mechanical lifestyle and are limited in our present life from past experiences or worries about the future. We try diet after diet, exercise regimes, different healing modalities or think the only way to keep going is a regular doctor visit for prescribed chemicals. What we don’t realise is WE ARE SELF-HEALING MACHINES of life! YOU have the POWER to change anything in your life that is not serving you and sometimes that means getting guidance from others and that is totally okay.

A holistic approach to health and wellness, means looking at all areas of your life not just diet or exercise. As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of harmony and balance.


MY MISSION STATEMENT

My dharma (purpose) is helping you live to your highest potential through the understanding and application of 7 elements. This includes understanding and letting go of limiting belief systems, emotional intelligence and management, nutrition, yoga, exercise & fitness, realigning yourself with core values, creativity, the art of meditation and empowerment. 

As your health & wellness coach, I create a supportive environment guiding you to make gradual, lifelong changes that will enable you to reach your goals. I believe that in order to be the best version of ourselves we need to work on all of these elements as a whole and make positive, sustainable changes for short term and long term goals, growth and overall wellness.

The only thing stopping you from achieving any goal in life whether occupational, health, financial, spiritual are the limitations within your own mind.

The Good news is…… together we can work through strategies to overcome ANY limitation so you can live your life to your highest potential and directly influence those around you. This in turn improves your relationships with yourself, others and the world, making a healthier, happier, more successful and vibrant version of YOU!

7 ELEMENTS TO WELLNESS COACHING

7 MONTH PROGRAM

  • 1.5hr private coaching session per fortnight (studio or Skype)

  • 1hr private Yoga/Fitness/Pilates session per fortnight (studio or Skype)

  • Monthly strategies and action plan

  • Monthly receipes, motivation and inspiration

  • Monthly 7 Elements check in and accountability exercises

  • Monthly implementation of 7 Elements to wellness

  • Access to support groups and ongoing support

+ BONUS unlimited studio attendance for entire program
