Yoga Alma specialises in Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga & Pilates core strength exercises with a high emphasis on improving physical and mental well-being, Yoga Alma practices thoughtful and reflexive yoga to focus on building strength, improving flexibility & joint mobility and releasing physical and mental stress. All classes are beginner level and available for anyone to practice.
Recommended number classes can vary depending on the hours and number of staff, for larger companies it is recommended that you have different class times available for your employees.
